South Coast Fire Sprinklers were contacted by a local developer to design, supply, install and commission a BS 9251 domestic sprinkler system to the two new build dwellings to comply with the current building regulations.
We worked closely with the developer to ensure that the sprinkler system was designed to meet all of the requirements. Once building control had approved our design we then carried out the install of a category 1 fire sprinkler system to the two dwellings.
A total of 46 fire sprinkler heads were installed to protect all areas of the two dwellings, the fire sprinkler systems were supplied by a dedicated fire pump and storage water tanks to each of the dwellings.
